I am my group all are totally dis agree with Separately charge of all smart phone mobile app and net neutrality.

If this start then mobile net bill is going to high.

In this digital time, it is not possible working without using android mobile app. 

It is like that India going to back foot from digitization & Smartness. 

So we are not agree with internet service provider for collecting separately charge of all smart phone mobile app.
