Respected jury,
                       As a young citizen of india i want to say something that plz don't apply TSP conditions as it will restrict the growth of a india and it will raise the crime rate too. In our country people don't have money for their daily expenditures than how will they arrange extra money for recharges. plz don't do this on the sake of money think about india.
