Seriously guys go check out your family how covinient communication has been been made using Whatsapp , Facebook and Gmail. More than communication it is a source of sharing information. And you guys will make this cost Rs. 400??
I mean seriously? What do you think, a student like me, just to share a piece of notes would pay Rs.400?
And you know what not just students it is a business platform for a huge population for this country.
And those housewives who after their household chores can well, connect tgo their family and friends.

You are telecom regulatory authority and NOT ADVANCEMENT BANNING AUTHORITY. Think Logical! Your work is to regulate the telecom companies charging unnecessarily from customers.
I haven't seen a single action being taken against Reliance which deducts balance everyday until the account gets exhausted. Or against BSNL for frequent network disruptions Or against Airtel for increasing their frequencies beyond permissible limits.

If you think people are going to switch back to SMS packs then you guys better switch to landlines then mobile phones or make using android taxable. That would be logical on your part.

I don't know if you're going to even read this or not because I highly doubt the fact you've asked for views even after knowing nobody (125 million) is going to support your action except the telecom companies (50).
