I strongly support net neutrality.v s students use evry sort of service b it messaging,social,voip,etc.
& it wud b very unfair if v r charged separately for sum apps.
on the other hand v urge to the TSPs dat der revenue collection will nt change much coz da new gen. is the internet gen.so da money which people used to put in call/messaging earlier will frm now on b put on internet.
