1. Yes, it is too early. The entire debate for net neutrality only supports the Big Telecom companies. There is nothing for us.

2. No, the internet is still evolving. Lets not kill the upcoming companies by licensing them.

3. Probably. I think people shifted from SMS packs to Data Packs long long ago. They cant have the best of both worlds. Whatever they lost through SMS packs they are probably making more via Data.

4. Again, NO. Imagine a new startup that has just ventured into the messaging industry. How do you think they will pay the Networks? The TSPs are already charging us for data. Spare the companies please.

5. Let it be, as is.

6. Most people are willing to trade privacy for security it seems but that is not right. We dont want another case of NSA prism in India.

7. All apps require permission which the user provides them. All apps are rated. There is this thing called 'CVE' which has a list of all possible vulnerabilities associated with these apps.

8. No Idea.

9. Net Neutrality is the basic essence of the internet. If you go against it you will be killing the internet as the world knows it. Expect a lot of protests. Internet needs more penetration in India. Internet based startups and companies are growing too. Please don't trade our souls for a few bucks from the telecom majors.

10. Nothing. Treat all data streams the same. 1 MBPS unlimited broadband costs me 600 Rs. While data on the phone costs me 600 for 3gigs. Is that fair? No.

11. Yes. Throttling if any by the TSPs should be made public.

12. The TSPs. The Application developers mostly dont charge us anything. The TSPs do. Airtels stock is trading at Rs 401. They seem to be doing well.

13. No discrimination should be done. You cant slow down VoIP or Whatsapp to annoy the customers and make them buy different packs.

14. None. If anyone says yes, he is a big player in the telecom industry. Ask these questions to low level telecom company employees. They will say no too.

15. By letting it be as is.

16. That is a nice question. Forcing the big telecos to provide data for these new OTT services free of costs in the initial stage might help.

17. Only if I knew the difference. You wrote 118 pages. You cannot expect everyone to go through it.

18. NO. How do you define something as over the top? It uses the same data stream. OTT is just another way to make money by the telecom companies

19. No, Clue.

20. Just don't enforce net neutrality. Please.

Next time please use Google Forms or something similar. Its way easier to make sense of the data and getting  inputs by the people. Also a scale based approach is generally more effective than a text based approach when it comes to surveys.
If you really want the views of the people please shift to Google Docs. Maybe you don't.
