Dear TRAI,

I am an IT consultant. I have calls with people across the globe for
which I do not get any income tax relief. As of now we have facilities
like skype which make use of the internet to give us this facility at
a cost that makes our work sellable to our clients around the world.
The day net neutrality goes, everything becomes open for de-regulation
and we'll have a nightmarish situation on our hands where doing
business in India may become unviable. PLEASE DON'T DO THIS. I also
have aged parents who may not be able to talk to their nephews and
nieces like they do regularly on skype that is free. Please do not
make people's life harder than what it is right now.
