Dear sir/ madam,

I would urge the government to please be open to net neutrality so that consumers can take advantage of the technological benefits of different applications. If telcos start charging for third party applications, then consumers are the most affected. We live in an open world and it is important that the governing authorities realize this!

Please do not allow telcos to change this and charge for open applications like WhatsApp, Skype etc...
