Please allow net neutrality by mandating telecom operators not to charge separately for various internet services like whatsapp, facebook, skype.
They are anyway earning from internet usage that is consumed when using these applications. If needed they can increase the data-pack charges but please do not allow voip-call/message charging.
This will force most of the users back to 2G era where data was not used on phones, it was only for voice call and SMS.
