To Whomever it may concern

I am a postpaid user, already paying Rs. 500 for my base plan and additional Rs.. 250 for my data pack. This comes to monthly rental of Rs. 750 + taxes +extra charges, my monthly bill comes around 1,000.

If i start paying extra for each service, apart from my data pack and voice pack, it would very difficult for me to pay for the services in that case.

This would ultimately impact the data consumption and sales of affordable smartphones.

Most importantly, this is against our PM's vision of "Digital India"

I would like to request you to please request the operators not to charge for extra from us.
