According to me, this must be implemented because the telecom companies are already hiking their charges and internet packs. If these companies will charge for the services like What'sApp, Skype and other stuffs, I am sure that it will affect the budget of the general public and it have some adverse effect on DIGITAL INDIA. Overall, this step can harm this country a lot.
