We are small business thriving off the internet for our customer base and the whole point of being able to run our business off these sites is what keep our costs low. Kindly request you to consider not introducing these separate costs for other websites. 

Also consider the internet as a resource to learn, sites like Facebook / Youtube  / Twitter provide tutorials that enable education on a different spectrum, which our country is in dire need of.
