Planning differential rates for different websites would be disastrous. Firstly google & wilipedia has been an immense source of knkwledge and had helped in knowing just everything. Secondly we already are paying for data usages for 2g & 3g. I don't think internet has replaced voice calls. For voice calling you atleast require a 3g conncetion and data charges are very high. Besides there is no surety that the other person would pick your call. So kindly maintain the status quo as it is happening in other parts of the world.
