I have heard in news about net neturality that TRIA is going to pass it in India.

But I don't think that's correct because our honorable PM Narendra Modi wants digital India but after passing this we middle class people we don't have that much money for internet and still there are only some percentages of people are using that. So if you want to develop country you should not pass this.
