Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sumitava Mukherjee r/o, B/5,Brahmapur More Kolkata-700096.   I have gone through the twenty questions you have queried off and will like to  address my thoughts regarding the same in the following paragraph.
Its too early and bullish to charge users with extra revenue when the same user is paying exuberant charge for data usage on the mobile carriers. If one looks into the profit margins of the telecom companies it has increased by more than 100% in certain sectors. Though revenues from sms and call has reduced there has been great increase in revenue for data usage. If these charges are levied then there is no meaning for keeping data packs for upload and download for google/what's app and other such sites. Even such preference will not adhere to net neutrality. If regulations like data storage and back up is ensued upon the companies then it is likely that India will go back to stone age in internet policy. We live in Republic of India and not Communist China or Iran where basic human rights are being violated. Its my basic right given by the Constitution of India and should not be violated to make pocket of companies like Airtel/ Vodafone heavier.
Please understand the cause and this scheme by the telecom players should be immediately put a stop too.

Regards,
Sumitava Mukherjee
