I really feel that net Neutrality should not be applied as it will really charges a lot for the something which has become a part of life now.Paying extra  for the app would be the worst nightmare for the Young India .Its a technological and digital era.Applyin neutrality will really slow down Internet usage which I dont think is good for any developing country.
