Dear Sir,

As a consumer we already pay for our net usages. Putting extra charges for OTT doesn't make sense at all.

Net should be open to all like it is in other countries, not sure why Indian telecom countries have problem with it?

Instead of modernizing our country we are putting extra charges for these services which will make many of the consumer to use the service.
