Please don't fall into the words of the greedy carriers. There's not any loss for them. The problem is their greed to grab a hold of the income of the OTT players. The main reason given by the carriers is that heavy loss they they are having to face with the arrival of the voice or sms over Internet apps.  well let me prove them wrong by giving an example. 6 years back my total expenditure was around 50 rupees with alone 5 to 10 rupees for sms and the rest for calling. But now it's around 250 rupees per month which include 150 to 200 rupees for 2g plans( vodafone ) and the rest for calling.

Let me give you one more example. 6 years back when i used to stay in the hostel out of 50 inmates around 1 or maximum of two persons had Internet connection. But during my last year in the hostel that is around 5 months back only one or maximum of 2 persons were not having an Internet connection. The sms packages cost around 40 to 50 rupees per month and the net plans costing around 200 to 300 rupees per month. So 6 years back when around 30 to 40 persons out of 50 had an active sms plan compared to 40to 48 out of 50 persons have an Internet connection recently. Well its just a simple common sense that's all required understand whether there is a loss or gain income.

Hope that net neutrality will be maintained.
