According to me TRAI should not allow allow licencing of internet service providers. The internet service providers already charge too much through broadband, data packs, Internet plans etc. Internet has become the need of young India today. Indians are still trying to explore the internet. Many people in India don't use the internet lack of knowledge. So don't you think that TRAI licencing the internet service providers will increase the internet tariffs and discourage the people who haven't explored the internet but want too. And it will also effect the people who use Internet on a daily basis. For them it will be like a hike in the petrol prices, they won't like it but they will be very much unhappy by it. I myself think that net services should be neutral.
