I want to inform you that I am a student of IIT Bombay and I am well aware about net non-neutrality and differential price or speed charges. To write in short, this will affect the entire progress of youth generation as they use the most of internet and that will affect the growth and development of our country severely. So, I stand against this change that the Government is willing to take and request you to reach my voice to the Government.
