I am glad TRAI has invited user opinions to formulate the new guidelines. But TRAI cannot allow the categorization of internet according to content, the internet is wonderful only because of it's open nature.
Anti net-neutrality rules will empower a handful of carriers and service providers to choose the content we visit, it will kill competition and will simply eliminate small players and startups from the market.
Internet is not somebody's property and nobody will dictate to the users what content they want to visit.

The net-neutrality is important because:
1. The internet is a product of our, the users creativity and content, no carrier or service provider should profit from our creativity.
2. Net-neutrality is important because it ensures level playing field for big corporations and small startups, Anti net-neutrality rules kill innovation.
3. The service providers already charge hefty charges for data plans for relatively low-bandwidth and buggy connections.
