To whom so ever it may concern,

I, an aspiring B.Tech from a new IIT thinks that internet is essential
to learning and education. We have really slow internet at our campus,
which renders it barely usable.

Also I support Internet Neutrality, it is an essential utility and
hence it should be served as one.
Letting the Telecoms charge us more is unfair and un ethical.

Instead of wasting time on this internet neutrality stuff, you should
concentrate on changing the definition of broadband ( I believe that
1Mbps is too slow for today's standards.)

Regards.
