I am from Kanpur (U.P.)
I have came to know that telecom operators are hiking there charges towards various applications, like separate charges for using WhatsApp or Facebook.
I just want to know that if they are also paying extra money to government for these application?? Means companies are liable to pay extra if their customer uses these application??
If not then it is totally wrong to charge customer extra money. Government should not allow these companies to apply this.
It is a clear exploitation of consumers. Government and ministry of telecom should take action in this regard.
