Please its an earnest request not to implement net Neutrality as it is very complicated and too expensive. A lot of people amd mostly students acces Internet for their daily need like browsing information and going through deals and offers and many other educational purposes. If tariffs will he implemented for accessing various sites then it will create monetary burden amd hence many will lack acces to the Internet which which lead to a lack of updated knowledge base among the citizens. Ao please don't issue any such rule.
