Dear TRAI,

I am completely against the proposed "Regulatory Framework for
Over-the-top (OTT) services". It poaches on my freedom as a consumer
to decide what I want to consume. The telecom providers should be free
to charge whatever they want for internet but they should not
discriminate between which websites I use. I alone should have the
freedom to do so.

This is also critical for growth and innovation. A similar provision
in USA was cancelled on similar grounds. I request you to drop the
proposal to ensure the growth of India of tomorrow.
