1.      1. Yes, there should be regulatory framework for Internet without breaking the principles of Net Neutrality. The framework should be to increase the Speed and give a Minimum speed of 2MBPS for all connection and without restricting any apps etc.

2.    2.  No never it should not be. As an Indian it directly affects the basic right of being an Indian as Said in the Preamble of India(LIBERTY of thought, expression). If it is given the companies will have the choice to make which apps to function and what to see and what to read etc. Then it will be like having and Ambassador Car in the 80’s when no other car manufactures was there. When Maruti came it changed everything. It made the competition  stiffer and it helped the economy to develop more and evolve more and made India a more Stiffer competitors in the world economy

3.      3.NO it is not affecting because as the usage of data is increasing day by day there revenue are increasing. In Our country the telecom operators are getting more and more subscribers and I can admit the fact that they are losing revenue in SMS and all , but contrary to that they are gaining more revenue in the Data usage sector. So, the Revenue of Telecom operators is not losing. As per a report, the telecom sector to boom to 50 billion revenue sector by some years. In our country the operators are only approaching the traditional streams of revenue as of now. Our country needs innovative companies to make the Dream of our PM “Fully Digital India”.

4.      4.No the OTT players should not pay to the Telecom operators as it will kill Net Neutrality. If it is done then the people of India will have to be a slave to the Telecom companies as they can deny access or place hefty pay for service and the people will have to bound for paying for the service which they only provide and it will be like a Nazist regime.

5.      5.In today’s world Internet is a plain levelled field for everyone. The people who succeed are the people who are innovative. The OTT players are in the real world also. They are creating numerable jobs and making Our people to the new innovate products and all. The example is Flipkart. Because before them we have to search for a product physically  and if it was not available near our locality then we don’t know where to buy it and all. Now everything is available to us in our fingertips and it affected the courier industry like a explosion by increasing the jobs and now people can sell their products easily in the e commerce sites etc.

6.      6.This is vast topic of its own. First of all people values privacy and if government want to enquire about the data, ask them to give a server extension and.But all of these are the snatching away the privacy of the user. As a free country we want to speak out so, it will be a bad decision to put axe on the OTT players always.

7.     7. All OTT players should ensure the latest state of art technology to ensure the secure  deals and good encryption to hacking and government should regularly check the companies that if they are ensuring the standards mentioned by the government .

8.     8. NO regulatory framework is required which violates Net Neutrality.

9.      9.A FREE and OPEN Internet is a pillar of democracy and our fundamental right. Internet service providers and governments should treat ALL data on the internet EQUALLY, not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content site, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or modes of communication.

10.10.Any kind of traffic discrimination or management practices should never violate principles of Net Neutrality. TSPs should be completely transparent about their traffic management principles and there standardisation.

1111 .Any traffic management techniques used for different OTT applications violates Net Neutrality. So, If TRAI is with net Neutrality this won’t arise.

12.12  Free market forces should allow TSPs to reach a price-point where they can profitably invest in network infrastructure.

13.  13.As a Electricity company does not charge companies making electric companies and does not tax people for using these machines. Similarly the OTT is a big flourishing market.

14. 14 We want a fair deal. We want net neutrality

15. 15 Again, we want a fair deal. We want net neutrality

16.  16. The data in the internet is equal. Everything is made of Bits. so, there is no difference In the data’s of OTT players and should not be treated separately .Actually TSPs should become innovate.

17.  17.Again, NO regulatory framework required. NO segregation of OTT players required. NO traffic discrimination required. ALL bits are bits. DON’T hamper industry growth. Uphold Net Neutrality. We want a free society.

18. 18. No need. The OTT know if the increase the prices there subscription base will decrease. so, no need. Want net neutrality

19. 19  No regulation needed. We want a free country. We want net neutrality

20.20.  Uphold Net Neutrality. Internet is a free communication space. Don’t hammer the right of free speech. And please ask about how the TSPs can be given a framework for providing good internet and good service and want are the net way to implement Net Neutrality

As a Indian we all have the right to speak and expression of our though and all.so, please don’t hammer our free will of speech and please don’t take the first step  to making of  a Nazist Society.
