1. I think there should be regulatory frameworks set now itself to avoid the providers to misuse the freedom

2. No. I don't think they should need licensing.

3. The TSPs earn huge profits especially in metro areas due to a huge demand for communication services in India. It's just their greed to make more and more by the implementation of OTTs

4. No. I think that is the total annihilation of one's freedom of browsing the internet i.e. a total breach of Net Neutrality. I totally oppose this.

5. Current OTT services are not as such of an imbalance. But some TSPs limiting the internet usage to whatsapp and facebook is somehow unfair and shouldn't be allowed.

6. Personally I don't think data records should be maintained because that can lead to breach of user's privacy. However logs can be maintained of data packets being tramsferred.

7. They should ensure a secure encrypted communication with the device and the servers itself inorder to maintain security and privacy.

8. Unlike ETNO we have a very vast traffic of data. Hence I can't comment on that.

9. I think it is very essential that there be a net-neutral online environment because limiting a user wish to browse on internet is like the dissolution of our democracy into communism. Forcing users to view only selected data is very unfair and asking a user to pay extra cost to view a specific content over the current data plan rate is a very unjust scenario and should be avoided at all costs.

10. Conditions like FUP (Fair Usage Policy) is very reasonable so as to limit the data rate on the over use of bandwidth. Which may result into degrading of others user's experience in the same network. Limiting the websites is not a solution.

11. Conditions like FUP can be enforced by TSPs. Yes this might be sufficient for a fair regulatory regime.

12. A fair and steady rate of the services that they provide should be levied. TSPs themselves should bear the cost for network upgradation. Because ultimately they will ask the consumers to pay higher price for the improved network.

13. They should not be allowed to discriminate at all. I believe met neutrality is the only fair policy to the consumers. As this discrimination might force users to use a service which theh don't want to instead of their favorite pne which they actually use.

14. Differential prices for services are simply unfair and unjustified. They are only there to make more money for the TSPs. Which will also increase burden on the consumers to pay extra cost for their favorite services, which is unjustified as they already paid for using the internet. This can ultimately result into a visible decrease in the internet penetration all around the country as it will create burden on consumers to pay more and more for each app/website.

15. No they shouldn't be treated as BuTS. Frameworks should be as such to pay only for the quality and bandwidth that we get.

16. I do not support OTTs hence it wouldn't suggest any framework.

17. They should be categorized as CSPs. Framework should be as pay as you go. Pay only for the bandwidth and the quality that you get and nothing else.

18. No. Already the rates are on a hike. Hence to favour the internet penetration in India

19. Government should seriously look at that. Since that mostly people still don't have access to internet. To increase penetration & internet. I think only similar prizing for services is usual.

20. Nope I think these all are sufficient.
