When i am already paying a charge of the data pack, why should i pay more to access any particular site.

who are the companies to decide that which site should be cost or charged more or less. inf you wont stop this, the customers will be cheated a lot, which will cause a bad effect in communication, which will surely effect the growth of out country. so kindly please stop the over head surcharges scheme which is on hold now.
