Subject: Net Neutrality

This is not a good thing to go for till the time there is a National
Govt handled gateway for all traffic, which sits above all the ISP's
and monitor traffic treatment of ISP's religiously for any
discrimination against any individual/organization. If required people
can ask for any logs with time stamp from past just like filling an
RTI kind of thing. First create a transparent system and then talk
about this NET Neutrality. This may increase revenue for some Telcos
or even Govt in terms of TAX but it is not good from normal end user
perspective.

This is irony in India that we want to follow the trends from US/UK
but Govt lac to provide that level of freedom to its citizens in any
aspect of life. Removing sec66a from IT act does not mean people have
been given a complete freedom of expression.People do express in terms
of their creativity in terms of new apps and new ideas. Discrimination
will be favored if we went with the such trends without proper system
in place to track discrimination, as mentioned in above para.

Thanks
