Dear sir/madam,

Given the recent debate over OTT services, I would like to emphasize how important it is to the consumer and commerce that we are not charged on per call/message basis rather than the bandwidth. It is important to make communication easy, cheap and accessible to everyone and the network providers becoming greedy for more money should not get in the way of that. I for one would be very inconvenienced if the OTT service providers or consumers that use their services are charged anything more than the bandwidth they use. I would like to recommend you refer rulings on a similar matter in countries like the Netherlands.
