Please uphold the end for the customers and do not switch to TELCO domination. Pleas treat this as road, everybody has access to it. You pay more if you carry more load. 

Telcos behind the scenes have been using VOIP - please confirm it.They want to curb innovation and charge for front end applications which are possible without them.


Please provide neutral access to NET. Do not let Telcos decide the policies.
