1. Internet in India is still penetrating and the common man still calculates the amount of money he needs to spend on data charges. Students heavily depend on the internet due to the school curriculum not upto date with the global standards.
2. It can be considered to filter of abusive content or terrorism things.
3. If they provide better service, data used will increase helping them build revenue. They need to build a better revenue model or so. This is like charging voice calls to specific ppl to get more money.
4. No. Both work in different zones and it should not be mixed.

6. We cannot snoop on everything like the US did. But we can block/track websites that are malicious and harmful
7. Their actions should be brought under law and they need to abide by it.

9. There should be net-neutrality in India if we need development.
