Telecom operator should not be allowed to giver extra benefits to those site only who pay them but there should equality to all website keeping independence for consumer and website. We are already paying charges for internet and there should not be any extra topup to check particular site only.
Also there there should be some policy on compression ratio by using which they decrease the speed.
