As an Indian I am aghast at the recent paper by TRAI seeking to dilute the essential principle of net neutrality. As airwaves are owned by every Indian it is essential for telcos to not prioritize one service over the other, for payment or for any other consideration. 

Please ensure the principle of net neutrality is followed by all telcos. This will help all startups in India.
