I am in favour of Net Neutrality.

Here is the justification:-
1) Shri Narendra Modi is backing for DIGITAL INDIA. If TRAI decides in favour of operators then it is a huge step backward. It is because of some of the social apps that people from different societies are getting on the same page. This is supporting the people towards digitalization.

2) TRAI can't rule in favour of 4-5 operators & leave the millions of consumers in doldrum. People of India are paying many other taxes including the tele-communication taxes that this operators levy upon. To burden them with additional charge for each & every app would be injustice.

3) The operators claiming that they are incurring loses because of free apps then it is absolutely rubbish. 5-6 years back when whatsapp didn't exist,at that time customers didn't bother to have a data plan. But at present day, almost everyone has data plan in 2G or 3G just to access this apps. Collaterally the customer has started using the sites available on internet to raise their knowledge. Now ruling in favour of anti-net neutarlity would hamper the progress that people of India are making.
Because of this Data plans the operators are actaully having a good amount of profit. Giving them the rights to charge additionally for the apps would be cherry on the top for this operators. TRAI cannot let that happen.

4) If TRAI allows anti-net neutrality then it is somehow conflicting with the democracy that people of India enjoy. Allowing anti-net neutarlity would give signal that India is tax heaven for the corporate world.

I hope TRAI understands the perspective of common people and takes a fair decision.
