I support Net Neutrality. Internet is a public resource like electricity. The move of the telecom companies to charge different uses of Internet differently is against the basic principles, and it will create an uneven field for both the users and the companies that are trying to build a business on the Internet.

As a small Internet entrepreneur, I am very concerned about it. The telecom market of India is now owned by 3-4 major ISPs, the smaller ISPs are no longer in picture. They have already formed a cartel. Together, they won't hesitate from exploiting every end of the market that they can.

As a regulatory body it is your responsibility to ensure that this never comes to fore.
