Please don't allow telecom companies to charge extra for OTT services. They naturally get paid more when users start using more OTT services. When I use whatsapp or skype instead of sms/call, I pay my ISP for data instead of call charges.

If telecom companies are allowed to control Internet like this, they'll get to decide the QoS of any website, which is a scary proposition for the emerging web based startups in India.
