Net neutrality restricts common man's ability to reach it. No one has right to ask me/can ask me, to breath only oxygen from air.....same is this issue here.. One cannot limit Users choice's speeds being provided with ISP's don't matter TRAI really. TRAI should look into the loopholes of private ISP's first before sorting out problems of Net Neutrality.
