Dear Sir, In reference to providing specific speed to specific website by any Telecom operator , is very ingenuine provision. The access speed to all websites must be equal- else new enterprenuership & general knowledge websites will be ruined . This will be a disastrous step and will definately worsen the backwardness of general knowledge of Indians.
Already India is toooo much behind from Western Countries in the field of net access , & this type of discrimination in access speed will surely ruin the very purpose of internet which is - awareness of Indians .
But due to corruption in TRAI - this scheme will be implemented by Telecom operators with fun & fare ---- and poor India will face another scam
