Internet is freedom. Lets not change that. It's free speech and open information. It's pretty much one of the most wonderful things that us, citizen have at our disposals.
I am heavily against differential pricing and/or internet throttling ( or anything that is a threat to net neutrality)
I urge you to reconsider your scheme. Leave the Internet alone.
