Sir/Madam, I respect the decisions our ministries take but it will not be beneficial for the people and our right to express/information if net neutrality is not maintained.
Other than this Small Websites that cannot pay to afford tie ups with Telecom Companies will become less accessible as people will have to pay for them
And infact its better to pay for data and use it rather than charging differently for website visits. Otherwise this competition will affect the people' rights and will cause heavy competition in the telecom industry market.

I urge you to take a look once at the policies of Telecom Companies which are disturbing the net neutrality in India
