I am a citizen of India and already very upset with the quality and plans available in India for Internet , and now i hear that ISPs are trying to handle our Net data differently ?

Please don't let this happen already a major chunk of Engineers migrating to other countries and I would have no choice but to leave India if this kind of behaviour is been seen all around , make money but don't just be a retard to make money.

Please make strong regulations , India( Most Under developed countries) copies USA , so please copy only one single thing from them , and ban all these new plans and make strong rules.
