Thanks for this initiative. I am an avid user of internet and new happenings around it.
Please donot allow network operators to do this and there should be no discrimination of Internet access via telecom operators.
Else India would never have it's own Zuckerbergs and Larry Pages ever.
The only thing I believe in present government and it's policies is that, it would stand to take strong stands to protect common interests and not only the interests of the riches.
Please donot allow airtel, reliance,
internet.org or any other organization to discriminate internet on the basis of free and paid. It's the worst thing that could happen.
