Dear TRAI,
In a country like ours, where we need to empower one and all to move forward, choking the internet isn't a viable option. People need to be connected and grow. Also, who decides what's important, and is more important? Let people make that decision. Not the ISPs and telecoms.
In US, there was a similar proposition which was defeated. It was proven how Comcast was manipulating bandwidth for certain services, so that it can arm-twist users for access to most used services! It was great to see US president stand by their citizens.
With a vision where we want to be a superpower, let us do the same.
