Please do not regulate OTT, i have few points on it

1. Internet has become on of the most required thing of our life, and you start charging for everything, so you are asking not to use internet, because most of people can't pay the amount you are going to charge.

 

2. World is talking about free Internet and you are thinking to  charge for every service used by common man, like we used to pay for every service used by us without internet.

3. Just to benefit companies you are putting all the loads on public, this thing can be achieved by selling spectrum cheaply.

 Please do reconsider it, before implementing OTT and please do not regulate it.
