I am Guruprerana Shabadi, a 13-year old kid from Bangalore. I am very concerned about the recent upcoming where telecom companies are trying to regulate services like Google, Facebook, Skype and WhatsApp to up their profits.

These services are very important to me. With the help of Google which got me to other educational websites like Udacity I have started to develop many new skills like coding. Communication services like Facebook, Skype and WhatsApp have helped me collaborate with my classmates.

Regulation on these services could lead to restrictions on my access to them and for other students around the country. This could hinder development in our country. Therefore, I request you to bring net neutrality in our country.
