It is too early to establish a regulatory framework for OTT services as internet in India is still at it's early stage and we still haven't progressed enough to regulate it just now. We are already paying for our data packages and would not be able to afford paying more on App basis or Website basis.

           I already pay different rates for 2G and 3G data packs and I'm ok with it as they provide different internet speed. Making me pay more on the basis what I choose to do with the internet that I have bought is not adhering to democracy.

            I request you to keep Net Neutrality in India
