Dear sir, we want internet neutrality in india. Please don't enforce any laws that effects peoples freedom of speech. Telecom operators can earn profit or recover losses by some other sources also . Don't burden the consumer by enforcing such laws . Hope you will think about it and there will be net neutrality prevailing all over India.  Thanks
