Dear TRAI,

I feel that adding licensing and regulations for OTT (and thereby allowing operators to charge for OTT services) would be the worst move ever made (if made) by TRAI. There shouldn't be any discrimination of data access provided by the operators. Please help us customers from onslaught of the greed of telecom operators.
