Dear Sir/Madam,

There is no justification for differential pricing for OTT services. The claim that OTT services are eroding the revenues of TSPs may have a point, but differential pricing of OTTs would cause an extra financial burden over customers and a headache for low income households. 

In addition to this complaints of infrastructure costs of TSPs are unfounded as the companies providing these services are also ISPs. Costs incurred while improving infrastructure for OTTs or other services are being reflected in the increasing costs of internet services such as broadband.

Lastly the role of TSPs is to provide a telecom service. They have no right to decide on which apps the user be able to access at what price. They have no right to earn more money by burning a hole in people's pockets.
