i want internet should be minimum charged because of if every user is paying 200rs. minimum for data use how much profits network provider are making that should clear/open in every recharge time to consumer? and simple  example like we have broadband at home & 10members are using at the same time internet speed get screwed ! is that what internet is going to get in India ? then stop it right now. plz go for homework get batter idea for India we already too much complicated issues within
